Enquiries and acceptance

Submitting an enquiry does not create a retainer, confirm acceptance or pause a court, appeal, complaint or statutory deadline. Work begins only after scope, exclusions, price and acceptance are confirmed in writing.

Nature of service

Black Sheep Consultants provides evidence-led consultancy, case preparation and complaint support. It is not a firm of solicitors and does not conduct reserved legal activities. Obtain an authorised professional where regulated advice or representation is required.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, disclose relevant deadlines and preserve original documents. Work depends on the information supplied and scope agreed.

Charges and cancellation

Charges, payment stages, deliverables and applicable cancellation terms are confirmed before paid work begins.

Urgent matters

The website and initial assessment route are not emergency services. Clients remain responsible for deadlines unless responsibility for a particular step is expressly accepted in writing.
