What we collect

We collect contact details, enquiry information, case records, communications, payment status and documents you choose to provide. Do not send sensitive evidence until secure transfer arrangements have been confirmed.

Why we use it

We use information to assess enquiries, agree scope, manage accepted matters, communicate with clients, take payment, meet legal obligations and protect our systems and legitimate interests.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by our secure hosting, email and payment providers. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Black Sheep Consultants. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

We retain records only as long as required for the enquiry, matter, legal obligations and resolution of disputes. You may ask for access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where the law permits.
