Where the scope can be defined in advance, we offer a fixed price before work starts. Complex or urgent matters are assessed first so you know what is included and what the realistic next step is.
Initial case assessment
A focused review of the decision, deadline, core documents and available route. The fee is confirmed after an initial email assessment.
Policy and decision review
A written comparison of the decision against the relevant policy, process and supplied evidence.
Complaint or review preparation
Chronology, key grounds, evidence schedule and a clearly structured complaint or review submission.
Document and evidence review
Organisation of records, identification of gaps and a practical evidence plan.
Before you pay
We confirm the agreed work, documents required, delivery assumptions and fixed fee in writing. If the issue needs legal representation outside our scope, we will say so.
